Making a team photo booking.
1. To make a new group booking for a team, login using your credentials and navigate to bookings, then group bookings.
2. Select the + button in the bottom right-hand corner.
3. Select the relevant event from the list shown in the first form entry box.
4. Proceed to fill in all fields with correct information.
5. Select a timeslot from the available allocations.
If a timeslot you desire is not on the list, it means other teams have already booked the requested times. Please contact us if there are no other time slots available.
6. Select the appropriate product to place an order and choose the quantity required.
Note: You can save, exit, and return to complete your order later.
7. To place your booking, please save all filled information and click the SAVE button in the bottom left-hand corner of the form.
78. Confirm your order via the email and text message sent to you. Please check your junk/spam email if you cannot locate it.

Providing the team names.
You will need to follow this process to the end, which is when you get the validate option to finalize the artwork. Things that will help are, you can only get the option to validate the team photo if you have finished adding all the names.
If you have more than one photo linked to your booking both photos will require names before you get the validate option.
You must press the validation button to complete this process.
The save button is so you can leave and come back to this process at your convenience.
